These terms apply to orders placed through kalwood.ro. KALWOOD is operated by the business identified in Company data.
1. Products and orders
Products are made from natural wood. Variations in colour, grain, texture and dimensions are natural characteristics, not defects. An order is confirmed after acceptance and, where applicable, payment confirmation.
2. Custom products
Specifications, materials, dimensions, estimated completion and price are confirmed before work begins. Products made to customer specifications may be excluded from the usual withdrawal right where permitted by law.
3. Prices and payment
Applicable prices and taxes are shown before the order is completed. Online payments are processed by Stripe; KALWOOD does not store complete card details.
4. Delivery
Production and delivery times are estimates and may change according to material, complexity and availability. Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
5. Returns, guarantees and complaints
Products benefit from all mandatory rights provided by law. For a problem, contact us with the order number and relevant photographs. Statutory exceptions for custom products remain applicable.
6. Intellectual property
KALWOOD text, photography, design and identity may not be reused commercially without written permission.
