Wood is a natural material. Grain, colour, knots and subtle marks vary from piece to piece and make each object unique.
How do I know whether a product is available?
The product page shows current stock. For made-to-order pieces, we confirm the estimated completion time separately.
Can I order a custom piece?
Yes. Send us the idea, dimensions and intended setting. We will reply with questions, options and an estimate before work begins.
How do I track my order?
After confirmation, you receive the details needed for the tracking page. Important updates may also be sent by email.
How should I care for wooden objects?
Avoid soaking, dishwashers, strong heat sources and sudden humidity changes. Follow any specific guidance on the product page.
Can I return a product?
Standard products benefit from the rights provided by law. Exceptions may apply to custom products. Contact us with the order number before sending anything back.
